The Duchess of Cambridge arrives at The Brink, an alcohol free bar, in Liverpool. As Patron of Action on Addiction, Kate will visit Liverpool's first adult dry bar which is open to all members of the public, but it also has private areas set aside for alcohol counselling, run by Action on Addiction.
