RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at heart.co.uk) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to JLS radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 1600 until 1900 on 3rd November 2023.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
Llisteners will be prompted to enter by text as instructed by the presenter. On the closure of the text lines three winners will be selected at random.
The contestant will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the random entrant does not pick up the phone after two attempts, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant.
Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person
Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: BD, DN, HD, HG, HX, LS, S, WF, YO.
Prize:
Three winners will each win a pair of tickets to see JLS at First Direct Arena Leeds on Tuesday November 7th 2023.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize. For avoidance of doubt, a meet and greet with the artist and hospitality ARE NOT included in this prize.
Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
