RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-condtditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Lingfield Park Resort’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 11th to Friday 15th July 2016 on Heart Sussex.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 03457 102 103 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4.    All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5.   Each day one caller will be chosen at random to play 'Hooves Line Is It Anyway'. The caller will have to choose a presenter to play the game with them. The chosen presenter then will pick out the name of a singer from a hat, and will have 30 seconds to describe that person to the caller without using their name or song titles. The contestant has to work out the singer to win the prize.

6.    If they get it right they win, if they get it wrong another caller will be chosen at random to answer. This will continue each day until a winner is found.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    Each day one winner will receive tickets to a Lingfield Park racing event as follows: 

• Monday 11th July prize: Two premier tickets to Ladies Night on 16th July 2016 and overnight stay at the Marriott Hotel and Country Club on Friday 15th July.

• Tuesday 12th July prize: Two premier tickets to the Bootleg Beatles Tribute Night on 23rd July 2016 and overnight stay at the Marriott Hotel and Country Club on Friday 22nd July.

• Wednesday 13th July prize: Two premier tickets to the Michael Jackson Tribute night on 30th July 2016 and overnight stay at the Marriott Hotel and Country Club on Friday 29th July.

• Thursday 14th July prize: Two premier tickets to the Take That Tribute night on 6th August 2016 and overnight stay at the Marriott Hotel and Country Club on Friday 5th August

• Friday 15th July prize: Two premier tickets to the I Am Whitney/I Am Beyonce Tribute night on 13th August 2016 and overnight stay at the Marriott Hotel and Country Club on Friday 12th July.

10.  Each prize package includes: 

• An overnight stay at The Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel and Country Club on the night prior to racing

• Bottle of Prosecco

• 3 course dinner at the hotel in the evening, reserved for 19:30

• Full Marriott Breakfast for 2

• Access to leisure facilities during your stay or 18 holes of golf for 2 people

On the event day:

• Raceday parking at the hotel for up to 2 cars

• 2 premier ticket admissions

• 2 Raceday programmes

• Racecourse tour for 2 people (15 mins after gates open and prior to racing)

• Hospitality package during the racing for 2 people which includes 2 course dinner in the Trackside Restaurant 

• Dedicated hospitality service throughout the evening

• Convenient bar, betting point and television facilities

10.  Accommodation at the hotel is for 2 people sharing a room

11.  Room check in at 3pm on Friday and room check out at noon prior to racing

12.  Dinner reservation is at 7.30pm and all food allergies must be notified in advance.

13.  All drinks (excluding the bottle of Prosecco) are payable on leaving Trackside Restaurant /Marriott Hotel.

14.  The prize excludes betting money (Please gamble and drink responsibly).

15.  There are no alternative dates available and there is no cash alternative.

16.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
